The Deluxe Granny Flat has been designed in response to the NSW State Governments new ‘Affordable Housing Policy’ in which it has become alot easier to add a second dwelling in your backyard to accomodate your, parents, grandparents or children whilst they finish their studies.
This initiative caps the size of such dwellings to an overall footprint of 60m2 which as you can see in the pictures is enough room for a kitchenette, bathroom, lounge/dining and two decent bedrooms.
